Bring your trusted caregivers, veterinary practices, and other care providers together around your pet. You’ll choose who joins and what each person can access. Accepted responsibilities and confirmed handoffs will make it clear who is handling each part of their care.
Tell Pawto-Pilot what medical or nonmedical appointment your pet needs. It will coordinate requests and replies, bring decisions to you for approval, and keep the appointment and any related transport arrangements visible in Visit Progress. Appointments will be marked confirmed only after the practice or provider confirms them.
Keep meals, fresh water, walks, grooming, and overnight care connected. Pawto-Pilot will help coordinate the routines you set, deliver relevant instructions, and keep everyone working from the same care plan.
With your permission, UMW will receive copies of your practices’ usual emails and attachments, preserve the originals, and organize them by pet, practice, and visit. You’ll control sharing, and uncertain matches will come to you for confirmation.
Pawto-Pilot will help explain documented information, prepare questions for your veterinarian, and turn care instructions into proposed updates for your review. Once approved, relevant instructions will reach the right caregivers for acknowledgment.
Pawto-Pilot will search for specialists and clinical trials within your chosen radius, with filters for your pet’s species, age, breed, sex, weight, documented condition and current disease stage, and current or prior treatments.
You’ll receive source links and proposed inquiries for your approval. Pawto-Pilot will send approved inquiries, share only the information you approve, and organize replies.
The specialist practice or research team will confirm suitability, availability, and any eligibility requirements, and Pawto-Pilot will track replies, alert you when they arrive, and follow up on unanswered inquiries until it receives a response or a clear explanation of why one cannot be provided.
Manage food and medication inventory. Track recorded food use and medication doses to estimate remaining supply.
