About this waitlist

This waitlist is offered under the Under My Watch name. Questions about the site or your information may be sent to info@undermywatch.app.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• Your first and last name, email address, country or region, and an optional ZIP or postal code. Earlier forms required a five-digit ZIP code.
• Required information about pet types and the number of pets in your household, including the animal type when you select another kind of pet.
• Your required confirmation that you are at least 18, the consent version, and relevant dates.
• Referral and campaign information, such as a referral code, who referred a signup, UTM parameters, and only the origin of a referring website.
• Limited security records used to prevent abuse. Network identifiers are converted to one-way hashes before storage.

The public waitlist does not request your street address, precise location, phone number, pet name, veterinary or medical records, home-access instructions, payment information, income, or an app password.

Information from earlier forms

Earlier versions of the waitlist collected product preferences, care arrangements, optional written details and contact choices. Those historical responses remain separate from current signups and follow the waitlist retention schedule below. The public site no longer collects assessment or interview answers.

The retired caregiver form collected choice-based responses, a submission time, a form version and a source label. It did not request names or contact details, or link answers to a waitlist or product account. Previously submitted answers may be used for de-identified product planning. Raw caregiver responses are scheduled for deletion after 180 days through the daily cleanup process; deletion may occur after the threshold rather than at an exact moment. Separate rate-limit records follow the 30-day schedule below.

If you contact us by email, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use them to respond. You may ask us to stop correspondence using the contact address below.

Why we use waitlist information

• To verify and administer your waitlist place.
• To send relevant waitlist and product availability updates. Joining does not guarantee access.
• To measure referrals, prevent fraud, and protect the platform.
• To create de-identified, aggregated signup statistics for product planning, including understanding where people are interested in Under My Watch.

We do not sell personal information or use the waitlist for cross-site behavioral advertising. Waitlist emails are limited to verification, waitlist administration, and relevant product availability updates, including early-access invitations.

Email verification and choices

We send a single-use email link that expires after 24 hours. A submission is counted as a confirmed waitlist signup only after that link is used. We send waitlist administration and relevant product availability updates, including relevant early-access invitations.

After email verification, you may use the private management link to leave the waitlist and delete your identifiable waitlist record. You may also request access or a correction at info@undermywatch.app. We aim to respond within 45 days.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for website hosting, database storage, security, and transactional email. They process information only to provide those services under their own contractual and security obligations. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a future business reorganization with appropriate notice and safeguards.

Any investor-facing waitlist report is designed to contain aggregated, de-identified statistics—not names, email addresses, private responses, or token data.

Retention

• Unverified submissions are scheduled for deletion after seven days.
• Verified waitlist records are retained until you delete them or for up to 24 months after your last meaningful interaction.
• Rate-limit and security records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days unless needed to investigate an incident.
• Genuinely de-identified aggregate statistics may be kept for longer-term planning.

Cookies, analytics, and browser signals

The site uses session storage during your visit to preserve referral and campaign information while you navigate between pages. This storage is not used for cross-site advertising. We do not enable visitor analytics on the public site. We do not install advertising pixels on the waitlist. We minimize campaign and referral data before storing it.

Browsers do not provide a uniform response for Do Not Track. We do not use the waitlist for cross-site behavioral advertising. Where a legally applicable Global Privacy Control signal is received, we treat it as an opt-out of sale or sharing; we do not presently sell or share waitlist information for those purposes.

Security and children

The waitlist is for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. If we learn that a child submitted information, we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

We will update the effective date when this notice changes. If a material change affects how verified waitlist information is used, we will provide notice through the website or a necessary waitlist email before the change takes effect where practical.
